3. Recipients

Seule Fenêtre francophone is the sole recipient of your Personal Information. This information, whether in individual or aggregated form, is never passed on to a third party, with the exception of the subcontractors we use for the technical management of the site (secure hosting with Infomaniak Switzerland). Neither Fenêtre Francophone nor its subcontractors will sell your personal data.

Your Personal Information is retained by Fenêtre Francophone only for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection as set out in section 2 above, which shall in no event exceed 24 months, unless required by law.
